Sandra managed to sell the unit quickly without any advertising expenses for a very good price. This was despite it being in very original (rundown) condition and in need of a complete renovation. She advised us how to best present the unit to achieve the best price without spending any money. And she contacted buyers' agents and showed lots of people from her database through the unit without delay and kept us fully informed on almost a daily basis. Her efforts got offers in a couple of weeks and Sandra made sure the best price we could hope for was achieved. We were thrilled with her efforts.
